Cut through the red tape,
let us deal with the paperwork.
Winding up a loved one’s estate or trust is an unwelcome distraction at a time when you should be celebrating their life. The work usually begins all too quickly with various tasks that need attention shortly after your loved one has passed, such as notifying Social Security, forwarding mail, paying the mortgage, and other important tasks that require immediate attention. Using our automation technology and workflow optimization, we can help you take care of this mundane work so you can focus on spending time with your family and friends when it matters most.
After you have completed our intake form, we will review the estate or trust assets and other relevant factors to determine the quickest and most cost-effective way to proceed. In some cases, it’s possible to avoid probate altogether and instead use what’s called a “petition to dispense with probate” to shortcut the administration process. Even if probate is required, we make sure that the process is as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. In fact, we even go to court for you so you do not have to interrupt your day with a trip to the courthouse and potentially having to wait over an hour for your case to be called!
When it comes time to close the estate or trust settlement, we will make sure that all valid debts and taxes have been paid and that you get appropriate releases from the beneficiaries to protect yourself from future litigation. That way, you can put the paperwork behind you and get back to living your life and carrying on your loved one’s legacy.
Please note that we do not handle disputed estate or trust matters, so please contact a litigation attorney concerning any disputes you may be facing.
